Iqbal Hossain

Md. Iqbal Hossain is a senior Human Resources and Organisational Development leader with more than 20 years of experience across international NGOs, humanitarian operations, and corporate organisations in Bangladesh and internationally. He brings a strong track record in leading people strategy, organisational transformation, governance, and institutional strengthening in complex and mission-driven environments.
He has served in senior leadership positions including Head of HR at Concern Worldwide, Director of People and Administration at UCEP Bangladesh, and Head of HR, OD and Governance at ActionAid in Bangladesh and Afghanistan. His expertise includes HR strategy, compliance, talent management, and large-scale organisational change. He has led restructuring initiatives, strengthened partner systems, and supported macA in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing.
